Mission & History

Antimicrobial resistance, climate-driven pathogen spread, food and water contamination, and chemical-supply-chain fragility are no longer isolated risks. They are converging structural pressures on healthcare systems, food economies and national resilience frameworks. The conventional response — more chemicals, more antibiotics, longer supply chains — is reaching the limit of what regulators, payers and populations will tolerate.

Inditec Solutions Europe is an independent, equity-clean deep-tech company headquartered in Budapest. We build validated technology infrastructure for biosecurity, hygiene and operational continuity in an era of converging risk.

More than a decade ago we recognized that an entire class of scientific approach had been left structurally underutilized — held back not by science but by engineering, by protocol depth, and by the absence of an institution willing to build the platform around it. We decided to be that institution.

Against the backdrop of accelerating AMR, food-system fragility and a public-health environment increasingly exposed by chemical-supply disruption, we committed the company to long-horizon, focused research and development.

The existing equipment market has historically been unable to deliver the combination of performance, predictability and protocol depth that real-world deployment requires. The result has been a market in which operators default to chemicals — and absorb the residue, the AMR exposure and the supply-chain risk that follows. We built THOR-AOS to remove that ceiling.

Sustained engineering work eventually produced a platform that materially changed what was possible — moving advanced oxidation out of niche experimental status and into a category that can be deployed predictably in real operating environments. The substance of the breakthrough is part of the proprietary intellectual property and is addressed only under structured diligence.

Every successive generation has reinforced the same posture: category-leading effectiveness, operational stability and predictable economics — the engineering pattern that turns a scientific principle into a deployable industrial platform.

Once the engineering ceiling moved, the constraint shifted from hardware to application. We began the systematic, sector-by-sector work of identifying where the platform could create durable economic and biosecurity value — and built the validation and integration depth required to operate there.

In parallel, our engineering team has progressed through multiple internal generations of the platform, each one delivering improved capability inside a smaller and more operationally efficient footprint. Engineering compounding rather than headline announcements.

The path has not been linear. Setbacks have been instructive. The consistent result of more than a decade of work is conviction — backed by validated data and multi-sector experience — that advanced oxidation, properly engineered and properly deployed, is one of the few categories with structural alignment to the next two decades.

Our engineering team has resolved the failure modes that have constrained the conventional equipment category: stability, service load, operating life, performance consistency. The result is a platform suited to industrial-grade deployment cycles. The specific engineering solutions are part of the proprietary intellectual property of Inditec Solutions Europe.

After more than a decade of focused research and development, THOR-AOS is now positioned as a multi-sector validated platform on an EU-compatible regulatory pathway. Application contexts span healthcare, livestock and aquaculture, food and post-harvest, water and biosecurity-critical infrastructure — each addressed under sector-specific protocols.

Against rising energy costs, tightening chemical regulation and rising biosecurity expectations from regulators and procurement bodies, THOR-AOS offers an operating model that is energy-efficient, sector-adaptable, validated, durable and aligned with EU Green Deal and ESG direction of travel.

Built on top of the proven base platform is a deep proprietary scientific knowledge base, accumulated over more than a decade — and a forward-looking development trajectory that integrates AI-enabled operational intelligence as the platform matures into its next phase. The substance of both is addressed under structured diligence.

We are positioned to engage strategic capital partners, sector integrators and public-sector stakeholders capable of contributing to the responsible scaling of THOR-AOS as biosecurity and resilience infrastructure at multi-jurisdictional level.
