Technology Platform & Applications
01
Capabilities
01
Category-leading effectiveness
A decade-plus of focused engineering compounded into a platform whose effectiveness, stability and operating predictability redefine what the category can deliver. The specific engineering substance is part of the proprietary intellectual property.
02
Modular scalability
Capacity scales by aggregating units rather than by rebuilding the platform. The same hardware family addresses a single-site deployment up to facility-wide industrial configurations — without changing the underlying platform or the operator training base.
03
Mobility
Compact and mobile. A single unit delivers full operating capability without permanent installation — enabling rapid deployment, rapid relocation and rapid re-tasking across very different operational contexts. Useful equally in steady-state operations and in surge response.
04
Autonomy
Inputs: ambient air and electricity. Power consumption is low enough for autonomous operation on renewable or battery sources — opening contexts (remote, expeditionary, infrastructure-isolated) that depend on independence from conventional supply.
05
System integration
The platform integrates into existing customer operating workflows rather than requiring those workflows to be redesigned around it. Healthcare, food, industrial and infrastructure environments are accommodated under sector-specific integration patterns developed inside the company.
06
Connected platform & AI integration (forward direction)
The forward direction of the platform integrates connectivity, operational telemetry and AI-enabled decision support — converting a deployed base of physical capability into a structured intelligence layer that compounds over time. This is the trajectory by which the platform evolves from infrastructure into category-defining biosecurity intelligence. Forward-looking pathway; architecture and roadmap are addressed only under structured diligence.

Featured Projects
01
Project Ozone Shield 2.0
Ozone Shield 2.0 frames THOR-AOS as deployable national biosecurity capability — operating quietly in steady state and ready to surge in crisis. National hygiene treated as critical infrastructure. The strategic position this project is being built to occupy.
02
THOR against AMR
AMR is the defining biosecurity challenge of the decade. THOR-AOS is being built as a structural part of the response — reducing the dependence of healthcare, food and livestock systems on chemical and antibiotic load without compromising hygiene outcomes.
03
A new horizon for food security
An initiative aimed at addressing the structural problems that have shaped food security for the last half-century — contamination, post-harvest loss, residue exposure — at source rather than by accumulating ever more chemicals. THOR-AOS is being built to enable that shift, in alignment with EU and FAO direction.
04
A circular industrial future
An initiative extending the platform into the circular-economy gap — industrial categories that have long been treated as waste and that conventional approaches have struggled to convert into value. Forward-looking direction; positioned for industrial partnership rather than standalone scale-up.
05
A safer food chain
An initiative positioning THOR-AOS across the food value chain — processing, storage, distribution — at a moment in which the conventional chemical tool-set is becoming progressively more expensive, more constrained and less effective. Residue-free, aligned with retailer ESG, with a measurable carbon-footprint posture.
06
THOR 4 D-Fense
An initiative positioning THOR-AOS inside civil-protection, CBRN and resilience frameworks — pre-positioned, electricity-driven, dual-use capability that operates as commercial infrastructure in steady state and as surge capability in crisis. Aligned with EU and NATO civil-protection direction.
06
Decentralized water resilience
An initiative addressing water-treatment contexts where conventional infrastructure is impractical, vulnerable to disruption or economically inefficient. Decentralized, simpler, smaller — and aligned with the broader move toward resilient, residue-free water systems.
07
Livestock biosecurity
An initiative positioning THOR-AOS at facility level inside integrated livestock operations, where structural exposure to zoonotic and livestock disease has been rising and the chemical tool-set is becoming progressively less acceptable. The economics of prevention in this sector are asymmetric; the platform fits accordingly.
